The shipment of your package
Delivery usually takes place within 2 - 5 working days.
The cost of shipping is calculated based on the total weight of the order.
Once the order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email which will indicate the tracking number, a code that allows you to track the shipment in real time, and the courier's contact information.
If you are a registered user, you will be able to track the shipment directly from your Account.
Consider that delivery times are indicative and that shipments and deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
If you have chosen a payment method that requires verification times (eg bank transfer), your order will be shipped after payment confirmation.
We also remind you that our courier does not deliver to PO boxes.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage. The management costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in one order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
The boxes are adequately sized and your items are well protected.
